I love it! Its beautiful and his name is Olaf. He is a Volkswagen Jetta SE. I turned in my beloved Honda Civic and got the VW.
I have a lot of sentimental attachments to my Honda Civic. It was my first "nice" car, because prior to the Honda I drove a multi colored red Ford Focus that was falling apart. I had my Honda for 5 years and it went on many San Francisco trips and Southern CA trips. It was the car I had when I met Chris. I felt like a rebel without a cause when I got my windows tinted. It eventually traveled with me out here in St. Louis and it managed through its first snow storm. It struggled through its first humid summer, and managed to keep me going from point A to point B. It was a good solid car with only 55k miles BUT it was time to upgrade.
I now have leather seats, rubber floor mats, bluetooth, satellite radio, heated seats, and 2 fancy keys. Its one HUGE luxury upgrade for me. The Honda was very standard and nothing special. The Jetta has all the bells and whistles that I was missing out on in life. The other big difference is that the Jetta feels much more solid and heavier. My Honda was so light and airy. Its going to take a bit of getting used to.
